Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday February 13, 2018, a Recall
Election will be held for the recall of Patricia Wray, from the Elmwood Village
Board of Trustee’s.
The issue on the ballot will read:
Shall Patricia Wray be removed from the office of Elmwood Village Board
of Trustee’s?
Yes
No
This election will be an All Mail election. All ballots will be sent out on January
16, 2018.
The last day you can register to vote in this election is in my office at 201 Main
Street, Plattsmouth NE, until 6:00 P.M. February 2, 2018.
For your ballot to be counted, you must sign the return envelope and it must be in
my office by 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 13, 2018, Election Day. There is a
ballot drop box on the side of my office for your convenience.

Friday, 1-11-1918, The Otoe Union:

The county draft board was looking for "2 missing

registrants." They also had been informed to draft brick

layers, as many as possible. On January 4 it was -21,

sound familiar? Everyone was shelling corn and selling

it to the elevators. Former resident, Charles Beckwith,

died at Elmwood.
