NOTICE OF MEETING

VILLAGE OF UNADILLA, NE, PLANNING COMMISSION

April 21, 2016

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Village of Unadilla, NE, will meet in a publicly convened session on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Library, 770 G Street, Unadilla, NE 68454. The agenda of subjects to be considered at said meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the Village Office and is as follows:

No new business at this time

Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. Persons needing special accommodations should contact the Village Office at least five days prior to the meeting date.

The new security system has been installed at the Community Center.

Your membership cards will no longer work. Please call the Village

Office at 402-828-5355 to get your password. Key fobs have been 

ordered and will be available soon. Please note that 3 additional

cameras have been installed.

The Village will be making the intersection by the park a

4-way stop and the speed limit will be 25 m.p.h. Please

watch for this change!

So much sadness lately. Condolences to the family and friends

of Marie (Callaway) Swain, former resident and daughter

of Bill Callaway, who passed on 4-11. On Sunday, 4-17, we

lost Ron Johnson and Christopher Halvorsen. Our sympathy

to their friends and families also.

Friday, 4-21-1916, The Otoe Union:

"Farmers coming into town report considerable wheat killed and

some that is quite thin." Rev. Young was the minister at Hopewell.

The depot at Elmwood was struck by lightning and burned to the

ground. A surprise 73rd birthday party was held for

Joseph Keach.
