SPECIAL MEETING
VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
AUGUST 20, 2018
A Special Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Unadilla, NE, was held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, August 20, 2018 in the Library at the Community Center. Notice of said meeting was given by posting in the three following places with the village: Countryside Bank, Post Office, and Community Center message board, published in the Syracuse Journal-Democrat, and published on www.UnadillaNebraska.com. A copy of said notice was served to each member of Board of Trustees more than 5 days prior to said meeting. Members present were: Dan Crownover, Janet Oelke, Scott Hincker and Lynn Schomerus. Absent and not voting, Dale Stoner. Visitors: none
The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Crownover. He informed everyone where the Open Meetings Act poster was located.
Hincker Introduced and Moved for Adoption of Resolution R8-18 Authorizing the Chairperson to Sign an Addendum to Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate Owned by the Village of Unadilla; to Provide for the Repeal of Conflicting Resolutions or Sections; and to Provide for an Effective Date, seconded by Schomerus, motion carried 3-0. Stoner absent and not voting.
Hincker Introduced and Moved to Pass Ordinance 263-18 to Ratify and Confirm the Agreement for Sale of Real Estate and Addendum to Agreement for Sale of Real Estate by and Between the Village of Unadilla, Otoe County, Nebraska and Benjamin Jake Unruh for the following Real Estate:
Lot 1, of Village of Unadilla 2nd Addition, a Tract of Land Located in Part of the N.W. ¼ of the N.W. ¼ of Section 11, Township 8 North, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M, Otoe County, Nebraska.
And Moved That the Statutory Rule Requiring Reading on Three Different Days be Suspended, seconded by Schomerus.
Trustee Schomerus Moved for Final Passage seconded by Oelke. Chairman Crownover Stated Ordinance 263-18 be Passed and Adopted, motion carried 3-0.
