NEW RESIDENT INFORMATION

Water meters on read on the first day of each month. Payment should be into the Village office by the last day of the month.

A 10% late fee will be added to all delinquent acccounts.

If you prefer, we can deduct this bill from your checking account,

provided you have an account with Countryside Bank. Please contact the Village Office if you would like automatice deductions.

Garbage bills are added onto the water bill.

If you are 65 or older, the fee is $15.45 per month.

If you are under 65, the fee is $22.15 per month.

All residents inside the corporate boundaries of Unadilla must pay for water, sewer, and

garbage services.

Shut-offs will be made to residents who are 3 months or $100. in arrears, which ever comes first.

If a disconnect is made, there is a $100. fee to reconnect.

DOG LICENSES

ALL DOGS MUST BE LICENSED BY MAY 1ST EACH YEAR

Please provide current proof of your animals rabies shot, name, breed, and whether the animal

has been neutered or spayed.

Licenses can be obtained from the Clerk for $5.00.

Dog owners are reminded that for public safety, it is their duty to have the dogs on a leash at all times, including and especially in the city park and other public areas.

CHICKENS

Up to 4 chickens are allowed. Licenses can be obtained from the clerk and are $5 per chicken.
