VILLAGE OF UNADILLA

REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

April 17, 2014

            The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Unadilla, NE, was held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2014 in the Library at the Community Center. Notice of said meeting was given by posting in the three following places with the village: Countryside Bank, Post Office, and Community Center message board, not published in the Syracuse Journal-Democrat, published on www.UnadillaNebraska.com. A copy of said notice was served to each member of the Planning Commission more than 10 days prior to the meeting date. Members present were: Steve Vodicka, Jason Schomerus, Irene Rodaway and Matt Daharsh. Absent and not voting: Chad Pester. Visitors: none.

            Rodaway made a motion to approve the October 17, 2013 minutes, Daharsh seconded, and motion carried 3-0. The January 2014 meeting was cancelled.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1)    Building Permits:  Scott Hincker had a building permit issued in January.

2)    There were no Public Comments.

NEW BUSINESS

1)    There was no new business

            The meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m.

The next meeting will be July 17, 2014, 7:30 p.m., at the Village Library.
