VILLAGE OF UNADILLA

REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

July 16, 2015

            The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Unadilla, NE, was held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2015 in the Library at the Community Center. Notice of said meeting was given by posting in the three following places with the village: Countryside Bank, Post Office, and Community Center message board, not published in the Syracuse Journal-Democrat, published on www.UnadillaNebraska.com. A copy of said notice was served to each member of the Planning Commission more than 10 days prior to the meeting date. Members present were: Steve Vodicka, Irene Rodaway, Jason Schomerus and Chad Pester, absent was Matt Daharsh. Visitors:none

            Chairman Vodicka called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He reminded everyone of the location of the Open Meetings Act Poster.

            Pester made a motion to approve the April 2015 minutes, Schomerus seconded, and motion carried 3-0.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

            Existing Building/Zoning permits: Clark Stubbendeck and Scott Hincker

            There were no Public Comments.

NEW BUSINESS

            Plans to build a fence and replace or repair part of an existing fence were reviewed for the property at 725 I St. for Vince Hinrichsen.  Pester made a motion to approve the plan as presented to the Board, Rodaway seconded, motion carried 3-0.

            Plans to build an addition and remodel the existing garage at the property at 475 E. St. for Ashley Oelke was reviewed. Schomerus made a motion to approve the plan as presented to the Board, Pester seconded, motion carried 3-0.

            The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.

The next meeting will be October 15, 2015, 7:30 p.m., at the Village Library.
