ORDINANCE NO. 250-09

VILLAGE OF UNADILLA, NEBRASKA

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN CREATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 215-01 FOR THE VILLAGE OF NEBRASKA.

WHEREAS, the Village Board adopted Ordinance No. 215-01 incorporating the Comprehensive Development Plan for the Village of Unadilla, Nebraska, including the zoning jurisdiction of the Village, as recommended by the Unadilla Planning Commission after the completion of the required Public Hearings. Said Ordinance was passed and approved February 7, 2001.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF UNADILLA THAT:

1.                  Section 5.07 (R-2) Medium Density Residential District, Item E, as it pertains to Accessory Buildings, shall be changed to the following:

Front yard 25’ and Side yard 10’, with all other requirements remaining the same.
