
Well, who's sick of snow besides me? We had 6-7 inches this past weekend at the Western
Wilhelm Outpost and drifts that are higher than we've seen for the last several years. The snow
plow came by around 5 Sunday night but our neighbors to the north had to wait untill the next
morning. How many days till spring?
For those of you who live in town, please move your vehicles to the opposite side of the street
after the snow plow has went by so maintenance can get closer to the curb and remove more
snow.
The last day for garbage pickup from Seneca Sanitation is March 29. After that, service will be
provided by Papillion Sanitation. The prices will remain the same for now. We will pass along more
details as they become available.
Thanks again to the family of Berdean West for more donations to the Resource and History
Rooms. Among them, there were over 200 funeral caards, which all of you family historians know
how valuable they can be. And old photos, our favorite!

Friday, 2-28-1919, The Otoe Union:
"The roads are very bad", this after a report of 8 inches of snow. Herbert S. Holscher, son of
Gus, and Lizzie F. Pruessing, daughter of Henry, all of Unadilla, were married. They made
their home on a farm southwest of Unadilla.

The United Methodist Church will celebrate its 125th anniversary on
Sunday, March 10, 2019, at 10:15, followed by a potluck dinner. If you
