PARK AND VILLAGE CLEAN UP AND WORKDAY
SATURDAY, JUNE 8TH 9:00 A.M.
MEET AT THE PARK SHELTER
We are looking for some volunteers to help with some clean up and painting of picnic tables and benches in the park and Community Center. Depending on how many people we have, possibly to help out with some community needs as well for people.
If you are interested in helping, please call the Village Office and let Corinne know so we can make a plan of attack and let some members of the community know we can be available to help them as well. We will start at the park.
If you know of someone that would like some help, please let Corinne know as well. It would really be nice to have our community looking at it’s best for the BBQ and just in general.
Your help will greatly be appreciated by all.
Thank you

This is Shell Leaf Penstemon that grows in the wildflower patch at our park,
taken by Bob Brandt.

This is Husker Red Penstemon that grows at my house. (The stems and
part of the leaves turn a deep burgundy.) Although Bob's choice is a better
pollinator, I think mine is prettier - what are your thoughts?????
(Penstemon is a perennial found mainly in North America and
is part of the snapdragon family).

Thanks to Roger & Carolyn Kastens for their generous donation to the
Unadilla Cemetery. It is most appreciated.
Volunteers are still needed for June 22. Can you help us out? Please call
Corinne at the Village Office.
