Friday, 10-31-1919, The Otoe Union:

Miss Butler was the new intermediate teacher, replacing Margaret Seybert.

W.M. Taney sold his residence to Herman Stoner. A Box Social was to be held at 

Russell Creek School, District #108; Henrietta Guthals was the teacher. Bank robbers

stole between $25,000 - $50,000 in unregistered liberty bonds from the bank at

Julian, NE. Omaha and Kansas City police were called in.
