Friday, 5-28-1920, The Otoe Union:
"Rev. Norlin and Judge Carper attended lodge at Syracuse, helping in the mysteries of Oddfellowship." A barn dance was held at the farm of Dick Knickman, northwest of Unadilla. Eighth grade graduates from Maple Grove School (Dist.#38) were: Ernest Riege, Fred Riege, Alvin Reimer and Joe Wiles. Unadilla School 8th graders: Gladys Carper, Blanche Butler, Freda Paulson, Eileen Pickett, Harold Schreiner, Ivan Bassett and Duane Pickett.
