Folks have already started getting their $600 stimulus checks. Please, spend them locally if you can!
There will be no official Groundhog Day activities this year except the King & Queen contest, which will be mainly virtual. The crowning will take place on Saturday, February 6. "Votes" (donations) should be left at "The Bar" or the Countryside Bank night deposit in Unadilla, with the candidates name noted. Checks should be made payable to the Unadilla Area Fund (UAF). 100% of the proceeds will be split evenly between Unadilla Fire, Unadilla Rescue, and the UAF Endowment Fund, to enhance the quality of life in our community and the surrounding area.
The candidates are: (King) Turner Moore, Randy Brehm, and Tyler Berner
(Queen) Carrie Hopp Bischoff, Michelle Zoller, and Emily Rumery
(There are rumors floating around about a "Ford Falcon Parade". More on this later!)
Thank you to these additional All Fund Drive donors: Countryside Bank, Mark Enenbauch, Alan/Sue Saathoff, Kastens Electric, Eloise Stubbendeck, Karen Hassler, and Randy/Jeanie Steinkuhler. We SO appreciate your generosity!
Continued get well wishes to Steve Kroese and everyone else who is under the weather.
Didn't think we'd see it here in Otoe County, but we've now passed the 1000 total cases mark of Covid 19. Be safe everyone! On the good side, the amount of flu and colds cases is only 2%! Masking, washing hands, and socially distancing are good to fight them also!

Country Music Friends,
Regrettably, although in the best interest of all of our patrons and performers, due to the covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to cancel all shows for the foreseeable future.
It's our hope that 2021 brings good health to everyone and we can reopen to get back to some good ol' country music with our friends.
Thank you for your continued support.
