Do you realize how many children now live in Unadilla? We've had several reports of speeding cars in town and we're asking for everyone to slow down! You will feel terrible if you hit one of them. Also, look twice at the intersection by the Park as there's lots of activity down there also.
The American Legion hamburger feed for Legion baseball was a huge hit, getting rid of all 200 burgers. A huge thank you to Duane Hopp for donating the meat, and another to all those who helped serve, clean up, etc.
City-wide garage sales are June 19th in Unadilla. If you want to be added to the list, please call the Village Office. Hope to see you then!
Bob Brandt planted Redbud trees all along the Cemetery's south fence a few years back. They were lovely this year! Thanks again Bob!

Friday, 5-20-1921, The Otoe Union:
"Sam Stoner is kept busy these days looking after the dray business, people's gardens, and training horses." Genie Reid (Thomson) Stilwell died 5-14-1921. She was born at Paisley and was married to George D. Stilwell. Her funeral was held at the Paisley church and she ws laid to rest in the Unadilla Cemetery.
The Thrift Shop will be closed over Memorial Day Weekend - Friday, May 28, Saturday, May 29 & Monday, May 31. Have a safe Memorial Day Weekend.
