Don't forget Clean-Up Day and City Wide Garage Sales on June 19th.

Brandt of Unadilla and VanWinkle of Kearney had 8 tackles each in a losing cause (3-10) for the south squad at the North-South Shrine Bowl this past Saturday. The 45 players from each squad participated in an 11 a.m. parade on that day, after a full week of practice at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Burton Brandt was the 10th player to represent the Syracuse Rockets in the bowl since its inception in 1959. The first two Rockets to play were Tom Formanack in 1963 and Bill Formanack in 1967.

Good news! As of Monday, Otoe County had only 17 active cases of Covid, no new cases reported, and no new deaths!
Last week the old house of Inez Hahne was torn down. Will we be getting another new house in town?
