VILLAGE BOARD MEETING TONIGHT (Wednesday)
7:30 p.m. at the Library
(The minutes from last month's meeting are available by clicking on the Village Office tab above.)
Thank you so much to Glenda Willnerd for her donation of old photos to the Resource Room. And more thanks to Ben & Alisha Reehle for donating their "remodeling finds" to the Resource Room. We love getting little bits of history from the past!

New Books at the Library!! Stop in & check them out!
Get well wishes to everyone who's been ill, had surgery, or who is taking treatment. Covid numbers in Nebraska and Iowa are on the rise again. The 2nd booster shot is available almost everywhere.

This book is also available in the Library and in the Veterans Room. The story of Darold Tackett's life, written by his daughter, Betty Tackett Abel, is a great look into the life of a man who lived in Unadilla most of his adult life.

Our ballfield is a great source of entertainment. The Men's Fastpitch Softball team is having a "duck race" on the Nemaha. More details on that later. Come out and support your team!

Came across this on Facebook and had to share! The 1967 Centennial, what a trip down Memory Lane!

Don’t miss out on being part of one of the biggest events to take place in Cass County!
The Cattlemen’s Ball of Nebraska, a charity whose mission is to raise money for cancer research through an annual fundraiser, is taking place at the Cass County Fairgrounds in Weeping Water, Neb., on Friday, June 3, and Saturday, June 4. The Ball is a completely volunteer-run event, and we need YOUR help to make it a success!
As a volunteer, you'll join us in our goal of raising $2 million for cancer research at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center in Omaha, Neb. From the Art Tent to the General Store, and from wine tastings to the set-up crew, we have a volunteer opportunity right for you! Or, if you're unsure of where you'd best fit, we'll place you in a volunteer role based on need.
And don't fret - we want you to enjoy the event - so we're only asking for a few hours of your time!
Head on over to https://cattlemensball.com/volunteers to learn more and to register to volunteer! We cannot wait to see you there!
