The NMHC Club held a banquet in the gym Saturday night.They are a great asset to our community and are always ready to lend a hand. It was reported a good time was had by all!
The next day, Sunday, our Fire & Rescue folks held a dinner in the gym. We are SO lucky to have these volunteers in our community also! Please support them whenever you can.
Can you believe this weather? We have so much coming up: tulips, daffodils, and of course things we don't recognize and are wondering are they flowers or are they weeds? Seeing a lot of work in the fields around us. Love this time of year!

Friday, 3-20-1905, The Otoe Union:
"Rope Club" was popular with the 4-H kids: Harmony Rope Club, Otoe; Knotty Seventeen Club, Burr; and the Baker School Rope Club. These three had the largest amount of members. L.H. Judkins and Jasper Roberts won seats on the Village Board in the election. Several farmers had started plowing, getting ready to sow oats. Hillis Hospital, Syracuse, was damaged by fire.
