Reminder:
the area fenced in around the Community Center's first purpose is for the enjoyment of children. You are more than welcome to bring your dog into it, just make sure you close the gate if you are going to take the leash off. And here's the major reason for the reminder: please refer to the first sentence and pick up the poop! We all share this wonderful facility, so let's keep it that way. Thank you!!!
Once again, we're getting reports of mountain lion sightings! Be aware!!!

Thanks so much to the Wallen sisters: Lois, Shirley, Gloria, and Jolene, for their generous donation to the Unadilla Cemetery in memory of their parents, Glen & Betty Wallen. It is most appreciated.
So glad to see on the SDA Facebook page that students are taking advantage of visiting the Otoe County Museum of Memories in Syracuse. When was the last time YOU visited?

The trunk of this silver leaf maple is pictured with two golfers at hole #4 at Hillcrest Country Club in Lincoln, has been the state champion silver leaf maple since 2020! It's 25.9' indiamter, 76' tall, and has an average spread of 90'. This tree is well over 100 years old! Check out the other state champion trees at the Nebraska forest's website, or just google "champion trees of Nebraska" to see where you can visit the largest of every tree species growing in Nebraska!
