Friday, 6-5-1925, The Otoe Union:

Bert Stilwell and Gladys Wallen "stole over to Iowa one day last week and surprised their friends by joining their hearts and hands in holy wedlock." Tom Rodaway was driving home trying to beat the tornado, when it picked him up and threw him in the ditch. He was plastered in mud, but said he was just glad to be alive!
