A tree limb suddenly fell down near Main Street. Thankfully no one was injured!

Thanks to the homeowner for the quick clean up!

Thanks to these dedicated volunteers who helped deliver items from the Food Bank to 120 folks this past Friday: Steve Kroese, Dale Henke, Jerry Wallen, Bryce Wallen, Margaret Wertman, Galen Crawford, and Bob Wilhelm. Due to the July 4th holiday falling on the first Friday next month, the next Food Bank distribution will be Monday, June 30th.
Corinne Zahn is back at the Village Office - YAY!!! She has extended hours Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 2:00, and will be closed on Fridays. Welcome back!!!

Friday, 6-12-1925, The Otoe Union:
William F. Rankin, Section 21 of South Russell, died and was buried in the Douglas cemetery. Eva Meyer, sister of E.S. Carper, died at San Francisco. Gladys Carper, Marie Sasseen, Clara Sieplemeyer, and Inez Pettinger, to the teacher's examination at Nebraska City.
