Harvesting has started...please be on the lookout for slow moving vehicles and large equipment pulling onto the road or coming out of a field. Be safe everyone!
We have a new business on Main Street! It's called "Glow on Main" and is an esthetics studio located where Tonya Johnson's shop was. A few of the offerings: facials, targeted treatment, brows, or a glowing spray tan. More details later.

We've heard this was a lot of fun! Trivia night on Thursdays at Mal's Bar & Grill. Split the pot, $10.00 per person. Can play individual or with a team. If you want on a team, they will find you one. Starts at 7 p.m. And good luck!!!

A PIG'S TALE
By Wildlife Cub Reporter Bob Wilhelm
For several weeks now, a quiet Unadilla neighborhood has experienced quite a lot of excitement over an escaped pig. Yep...a pig. It seems one of our residents was caring for a friend's pig. Think about that for a moment. Everything appeared to be going well until, somehow, the little porker escaped from his pen. Since that time there have been multiple sightings of the little guy in various backyards. Many attempts to catch it have failed. Although he is small, he has been reported to be fast and agile, and possesses the uncanny ability for rapid acceleration. Live traps were baited and set. Videos have been posted of his antics, but he remains at large and elusive.
Neighbors have fed and watered him. According to a local Pig Whisperer, he comes out of the tree line to eat his favorite food, which is watermelon, only to disappear again after a little rooting around. The latest report from Nitty Gritty Gas & Thrift, indicates he has grown much larger since his escape. The neighborhood will remain unidentified, so as not to create a sightseeing extravaganza and disrupt the residents even more than they have been. But, if while in Unadilla, the GroundHOG capital of Nebraska, keep your eyes peeled for him. He is described as black and white in color, with an exotic look, and fast!

This business is located closer to Burr, but the offerings are so yummy, please give them a visit!
