Sandi & Andrew Kimbell took the train to Winterpark, CO,

the Saturday before Thanksgiving, to spend time with the

Gobber family. They went skiing, did a lot of eating, and enjoyed

each other's company. It was a reunion of sorts for the Gobbers,

as they have spent the last 30 Thanksgivings at Winterpark.

Thirty-four friends and family enjoyed a meal at Woodspur

Lodge in Winterpark. Everyone had a wonderful time reminiscing

over old pictures and holidays past. Sandi & Andrew returned

home the following Saturday.

Lofte_Theater

The Lofte Community Theatre in Manley announces that its

holiday production of Robert Fulgham's

"Uh-Oh, Here Comes Christmas"

will open on Friday, December 4. Fulgham is perhaps

best known for his humorous book,

"All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten".

Directed by Kevin Colbert, the play weaves together

a string of Christmas stories and original holiday songs.

It is a charming look at the struggle to find the

spirit of Christmas amid the avalanche of commercialism

and chaos that descends upon us each December.

Actors will be accompanied on stage by Lynnette Zimmer

playing a baby grand piano onstage through much of the show.

The cast consists of Chuck Danskin of Lincoln, Virginia

Kincaid of Elkhorn, Scott Pope of Eagle, Anna Strobel

of Omaha, and Kevin Colbert of Weeping Water.

Performance dates are Dec 4-6, 11-13, and 17-20.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $16, and reservations can be made

by calling (402) 234-2553 or purchased
