Friday evening, January 16th, the Legion, VFW, and their
Auxiliaries held their annual Holiday party. About 60 people
attended. The food and the conversation were great. Alan Jackson
and Pastor Fred Anderson provided some lovely music. Judy
Schwab and Sharon Thorne led the program. Many beautiful
poinsettias were given away as door prizes compliments of
Judy & Jerry Hespen. The meal was catered by B&J's.
Those attending from Unadilla were Gordon Hopp, Shari Timm,
Ron & Lois Johnson, Gerry Davis, Bob & Barb Wilhelm,
and Kurtis & Kathy Knake.

City is closing, but glad to see that the Embers Steakhouse

There are many items that are decided based on census
information: preparing for emergencies, identifying community needs,
where to build more roads, install stoplights, lower/raise spee
limits, number of home owners in comparison to renters, and
determining community aid and eligibility for special projects.
