Bob Bryan spent February 20 & 21 in Princeton, Indiana,
where the NATPA Winter Nationals Qualifier was held.
He captured first place in both the 5000 lb Division 2, and
5500 lb Division 2. Bob was driving his 1951 Oliver 88
and pulled against tractors from New York, Pennsylvania,
Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Kentucky, and Virginia.

Saturday, February 20, Maisie & Madison Hillman and
Sam T. Remington, had an excellent adventure. They visited
Morrill Hall and the Lincoln Children's Museum. Grandma
Sandi Kimbell, Uncle Andrew Kimbell, and Bob & Barb Wilhelm
also joined in the fun.

Sunday, February 21, Bob & Barb Wilhelm went to Iowa to visit the
Scott Hitzemann family. Scott had surgery and is now recuperating
at home.

Friday, 3-4-1910, The Otoe Union:
Tom Lucas lost a valuable horse. The robins were returning.
Mrs. A.H. Soflin was starting a home bakery. D.T. Tyson
family mover to Max, NE; George Guthals family moved to
Kansas. James Hendricks died 2-28-1910 and was buried
in the Unadilla Cemetery. Roy Pratt was staying with his sister,
Mrs. George Rodgers, near Hopewell.

The Otoe County Genealogical Society will hold its next meeting on
March 11, 7 pm, at the Otoe County Museum of Memories,
366 Poplar Street in Syracuse. It will cover reunion planning
and how to ensure that your family tree grows from this event.
Attendees will receive a free reunion planner from Reunions.com
After the meeting, search for information on your Otoe
County ancestors in the reference area.

IRISH MUSIC CONCERT
Sunday March 14 at 2:30 pm
Greenblatt & Seay & Friends will be singing and playing a variety
of instruments, including fiddle, pennywhistle, guitar, hammered
dulcimer, and banjo. Traditional Irish turnes will be featured,
along with some originals from the hosts.
The concert will be followed by light refreshments, and a chance
to chat and even jam with the performers.
