LOCAL NEWS
Bob & Barb Wilhelm, and Michele, Maisie, & Madison Hillman
met the Scott Hitzemann family in Des Moines over the
weekend to celebrate March & April birthdays. They also
visited the Science Center of Iowa and learned some pretty neat
things, did a lot of swimming, and just happened to be in the
courtyard when the game between Kansas and the University
of Northern Iowa was over - what a roar!

Harmony School is a rural schoolhouse that was built in 1879, and was

The society has come into possession of these prized photographs
through the Otoe County Courthouse Clean-Up Project. The photos
were donated by the Otoe County Clerk's office, and other donations.
PLEASE, come join us at Harmony School and help us pay tribute to
these buildings that contributed so much to the education of our
youth for over 100 years!
