Teresa & Bruce Liesemeyer, Unadilla, and Shad Berner,

Syracuse, visited Jason & Lori Berner, Kody, Logan, & Mitchell,

at Parris Island, SC, to help celebrate Kody's 11th birthday. They

also got to attend baselball games of all three boys. They attended

the "Taste of Beaufort" in Beaufort, SC, for great food, and where

the replicas of Columbus' boats, the "Nina" and the "Pinta"

were on display at the port. The "Nina" was built completely

by hand and without the use of power tools, and was used in

the production of the film "1492". They also visited at Savannah,

GA, and Tybee Island, GA, where they toured the forts and

climbed to the top of the lighthouse for a breathtaking

view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Island, and the boys

built sandcastles along the beach.
