Some of our residents have been hit by scammers lately and this is their
ploy: "Hello grandma, this is your grandson, and I'm in trouble - can you
send me some money?" or something to that effect. Please, if you receive
a call from them, tell them you can't talk right now and that you will call
them back in a few minutes - then call your real grandchild just to make
sure they're OK.
