Nephew Marcus reports their replacements will be in Afghanistan
in less than 60 days. We will all be so glad when he steps onto
American soil again.

Friday, 3-8-1912, The Otoe Union:
A son was born to John Brinkman's. Because of a wreck at
Brownville, extra trains were running through Unadilla.
C.A. Jackson resigned from the elevator and moved his family
to the Duff farm. Awnings were put up over the meat market,
post office, hardware store, and drug store. Otto Stubbendieck
and Anna Knickman were married 2-25-1887, and were
celebrating their anniversary.

of "The Kitchen Witches" at Mahoney State Park's
Kountze Theater on March 10. Isobel and Dolly are
two middle-aged cable TV cooking show hostesses
who have hated each other for years. When
circumstances put them together on the same TV
show, the insults are flung harder than the food!

tribute artist, and Nebraska native, Billy McGuigan. In this
