
Curt Kimbell passed away Monday morning, October 28.
One of the truly good guys, he will be missed by all.
Condolences to his many friends and family.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 1, 10:30 am
at the Communtiy Center Gym. Lunch will follow at the
Duncan Building.
The Unadilla Fire Department would like to thank the
200+ people who came to the Pancake Feed this past
Sunday. Your continued support is most appreciated.

We're glad to report that Dan Crownover is finally back
home and recuperating.

to 19 piglets. "The Village has made a fine cement

put in fine cement steps with a railing at Hair's corner."

On Sunday, November 10, at 2:30 PM, Greenblatt & Seay invite you to "Meet the Instruments", in the Old Avoca, Nebraska Schoolhouse. This dynamic married couple will sing and play at least 20 different musical instruments, including hammered dulcimer, fiddle, nyckelharpa, harmonicas, recorders, penny whistles, tabor pipe, ocarina, Lakota flutes, guitar, banjo, ukulele, tiple, mandolin, bouzouki, bass, steel drums, folk harp, hurdy gurdy, and singing saw. Admission is $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for students and senior citizens, and $1.00 for children. Seating is limited. The concert will be followed by a light snack and an acoustic jam session. 2014-2015 Nebraska Tourism Marketing Grant application now available
The Nebraska Tourism Commission has allocated $160,000 of its operating budget for tourism marketing grants in Nebraska. The focus of this grant program is to attract new visitors from outside a 100-mile radius. There are three grant categories: 1) Promotion of an Event, 2) Promotion of a Region, and 3) General Marketing. The minimum grant amount that can be requested is $2,000 and the maximum is $15,000.
