Hooray! We have a Men's Fast-Pitch Softball team again!
They will play the evenings of May 8, May 29, June 27
during the BBQ, July 10, and July 17 at Unadilla. Other
teams in the League are Hanover, Roca, Get Lucky,
Dirtbags, Filley, Palmyra, Panama, Cortland, Bee, and Art FX.
Come out and show your support!

Get well wishes to Joyce Schulze.
The next 4 months will be very busy at the Park with outdoor
activities and families using the Park Shelter. PLEASE, do not
take any picnic tables without checking at the Village Office first!
Dog licenses expired 4-30. The Village Office reports that there
are still a large number of licenses that have not been renewed.
This should be taken care of as soon as possible. The main reason
dogs are licensed is so that their owners keep their shots
current. In the event of a dog getting out, the Village knows
where to return it from the dog tag and it is also a comfort to
others to know if the dog would bite, it has had its rabies shot.

Did you know that if you recycle your Sunday newspaper
each week, you will keep 4 trees alive each year and
increase the earth's oxygen level?
Thank you to Sandi Kimbell for donating funeral cards for
the Resource Room and to the Brandt family for use of
George and Bill's service items for the memorial display
in the History Room. We still need more individual photos
for the Honor Wall.

Condolences to Alberta Block and families on the passing of
her husband Keith. Keith worked for the Village many years
and you couldn't have found a friendlier guy; always willing
to lend a helping hand or finding a solution to an aggravating
problem. You could always count on him for a big smile and
he will be missed dearly.
