Thanks to Jay Christiansen and crew for their huge donation
of mulch for the arboretum trees.
There are now two groups in the area involved in making sleeping
mats for homless veterans. You can leave your plastic shopping bags
at the Village Office (please, shopping bags only!)

Flags at the cemetery will be put up on Saturday morning,
May 23, at 6:30 a.m. and taken down Monday evening,
May 25, at 6:30 p.m. Volunteers are always welcome, as are
the donation of casket flags. Our cemetery is even a little older
than previously thought. The oldest burial is that of Daniel
Rootham in 1867.

Congrats to Unadilla seniors who graduated Saturday:
Kade Baker, Kelsea Bayliss, Jordan Long, Riley Porter,
and Makenzy Walker.
The Unadilla Area Fund met Tuesday, May 5th, in the
Library. All members were present, and new member,
Glenda Willnerd, was welcomed. A Groundhog Day speaker
was nominated and various events on Unadilla Day were
discussed. The next meeting will be on July 14th.
Please join us!
What you can do to prevent cross connections and
keep your drinking water safe: Protect faucet extensions
by installing proper backflow devices (hose bib vacuum
breakers) on all faucets capable of having a hose or
other extension attached.
