Congratulations to Chris & Jen Foley on the arrival of their

daughter, Izabella Marie, who weighed 6 lbs. 8 oz. and was 

18" long. She joins older sisters Olivia and Saige. Local grand-

parents are Rick & Annette Block, and great-grandmother

Alberta Block. She's a cutie!

Congratulations also go to Corinne Zahn. She has

fulfilled all the requirements of the Certified Municipal Clerk

(CMC) Program of the International Institute of Municipal

Clerks (IIMC) and has earned her CMC designation.

Corinne has proved her proficiency in her position as

Village Clerk and has demonstrated her administrative

skills that are so critical to good local government.

Way to go girl!
