Friday, 7-27-1917, The Otoe Union:
"The Town Board held a special meeting on Saturday
evening at which time they repealed the automobile
ordinance and made a new one which states that
each and every person must park their car in the center
of Main Street." The farmers were busy harvesting
wheat and oats.
