First game of Rocket volleyball last Thursday night.

All three teams won! While I was stretching and trying

to get the feeling back in my legs, I noticed a saying

painted on the wall quoting Hartley Burr Alexander,

Syracuse Class of 1892. It's probably always been there,

but we just noticed it. So appropriate!

We are so glad everyone is using the recycle dumpsters

west of town, but PLEASE, no trash, and will you break

down your cardboard before disposal? Thank you!

Are you prepared? September is National Preparedness

Month. In light of the events in Texas, we're hoping all

Nebraska families have made disaster kits and made 

shelter and escape plans. This IS Nebraska - you never

know what the weather will be like!

Village Clerk (CMC), Water Operator $16.50 per hour

Deputy Clerk (CMC), Water Operator $15.50 per hour

Maintenance $14.00 per hour

General Hire $10.50 per hour

General Office Help $11.50 per hour

Wastewater Operator $17.00 per hour

Chairman of the Board $100.00 per meeting

Trustee’s $75.00 per meeting
