Many condolences to the family and friends of Ken Nolting,
Unadilla resident, who passed away last week. His funeral
was held Saturday, July 21, at the
Unadilla Community Center.

Hope to see you at the Fair! Don't forget to stop by the
Bingo Stand! The combined Parade will begin Saturday
at 5:00 p.m.

Get well wishes to Sandi Denton, pastor of the Christian
Church, and to former resident, Mary Gartner.

Thank you to John and Katie Weber, Mesa, Arizona, for their
special musical offerings during services at the Christian
Church Sunday morning. It was delightful! John is the
son-in-law of Rose Marie Brandt, married to Jane, and Katie
is their daughter. John played the organ and Katie the oboe.
She is 1st chair in the orchestra at Arizona State University.

Happy 73rd anniversary to Glen & Susie Wyatt, who will
celebrate August 1. They were married at the Federated
Church in Syracuse in 1945 and are members of the Methodist
Church. Glen & Susie had lived their entire married life in
Unadilla, until they moved to Syracuse a few years back. They
have 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Congratulations from all of us!

Just a reminder: the Library is no longer open on Tuesday
mornings. The Village Clerk is always happy to unlock the
door for you so you can still check out books, audio books,
magazines, etc.
